HOW TO USE

Screw the Searer attachment onto the end of the torch with a shield or single screen between you and the flame. Prepare your favorite type of meat as you normally would--broil in the oven or cook in the Sous Vide--then go over the surface with the Searer attachment. It's safer than traditional searing methods and eliminates the chance of messy splatter, which means less of a chance of grease burns! For best practices, refer to the included instruction manual.
